Cooperativa Agraria Norandino Ltda. was founded 2005 and is made up of more than 7,000 families of small producers of cocoa, coffee and panela. Norandino’s farmers are spread across the the coastal, mountainous and jungle regions of the north of Peru; in the departments of Piura, Tumbes, Amazonas, Cajamarca and San Martín.

Meet Tito Jimenez (24), our youngest Farmer Promoter from the Center of Excellence on Climate Change Adaptation in Norandino Learning by doing in the field is allowing promoters to strengthen their skills so they can train other smallholders, sharing and exchanging their farming knowledge.
